TICKETS IN SIX SERIES:- VB,IB, SB, HB, UB,KB
TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Tickets will be printed in Six series.


2. The maximum retail price of one ticket will be Rs.200/-only( face valueI78.58+
12%GST). One book of tickets will contain ten tickets.


3. The first to third prizes will b« drawn in full coming under the assured portion
of prizes. The remaining prizes will be under variable portion depending upon
the sale of tickets.


4. The consolation prizes of Rs.l ,OO,OOO/-eachwill be awarded to the tickets in
other five series, having the same number of 1st prize winning number.


5. The fourth prize will be determined by drawing the last five digits one time and
extended to all sold tickets in (Illseries.


6. The fifth prize will be determined by drawing the last four digits thirty five
times and extended to all sold rickets in all series.


7. The sixth prize will be determined by drawing the last four digits forty times
and extended to all sold ticket", in all series.


8. The seventh prize will be determined by drawing the last four digits fifty six
times and extended to all sold tickets in all series.


9. The eighth prize will be determined by drawing the last four digits hundred and
twenty five times and extended to all sold tickets in all series.


10. If any prize number of any category is repeated the same will be
cancelled and redrawn.


11.An amount equivalent to lOlJuof prize money on I" to 4th and consolation
prizes will be deducted from the prize money and paid to the respective agents as
agents commission on prize.


12. An amount «quivalenr to lOt},) of the prize money on 5th to 8th prizes will be
given to the agents concerned as agents commission on prize from
Government fund.


13.Registered agents will get the tickets at the following discounted rates, for the
entire purchase irrespective of [he District of Purchase.
(a) Up to 1000 tickets _76% of the face value
(b) Above 1000 tickets _75% of the face value


The highest eligibie discounted rate will be allowed for the entire tickets
purchased by an agency. The above mentioned discounted rate will be allowed
based on the total purchase o: tickets from the different District Lottery Offices
and Lottery Sub Offices, The dues or excess amount collected, if any, will be
adjusted in future claims or by exchange of tickets of the next lottery, as the case
may be, from the office of regi stration.


14. Special inrr-ntive will be allowed to the agents who purchase maximum
number of 1 ickets as follows '


1. For the highest purchaser - Rs.35,0001- '
2. FOI"[he Second highest purchaser - Rs.20,0001-
3. For the Third highest purchaser - Rs.15,0001-
4. Fa;" the Fourth highest purchaser - Rs.10,0001-
5. For the Fifth highest purchase r- Rs.5,0001-


If two or more agents become eligible for special incentive at any of the
above stage .or haviru, purcl.ased equal number of tickets, the incentive amount
will be equally divir'cd arno 19 them, subject to the minimum of next lower
purchaser.


15. Common incentive prize of I S( and 2nd will be awarded to the agents for the
highest purchase of and above 1000 tickets in each District, induding
District Lottery Offices and its corresponding Lottery Sub Offices. If more than
one agent purchases the same number of tickets in a district the amount will be
divided among them equally subject to the minimum of Common incentive
prize 2.

ii) Common lucent ive prize 2nd (District Prize 2nd) - Rs.10001-


16. The prize winning tickets should be surrendered within 30 days from the
date of draw. The First to thi: d prize winning tickets should be surrendered to
the Director of Stale' Lotterie- .n person or by insured! registered post or through
Nationalised/ Scheeluled Banks State or District Co-operative Banks supported
with necessary documents.


17 . The prizes of Rs.l,OO,OOO/- .ind below may be claimed from the District/Sub
Lottery Offices / Directorate cf State Lotteries. In the case of claimants from
outside the state, the claims should be submitted in the Directorate. The prize
winners should record their name, address and signature in the space provided on
the reverse side of the ticket. Payment of prize money will be made only after
ascertaining the genuineness of the tickets with counterfoils or by any other
method as dec ided by the Direct or from time to time.


18. Agents are allowed to collect prize tickets with prize money of Rs.SOOO/- and
below and pay the prize money [0 the prize winners themselves and thereafter claim
prize money 011 behalf 01 prize winners by exchange of tickets. The agents should
clearly state w hethcr the prize ri.Lets are collected and prize money already paid to
the prize w.nners by thi-m, while presenting the same for payment.


19. Claims on mutilated or tampered tickets will be rejected outright. One ticket can
win only the I.ighcsr prize av,a, ded on it. Income Tax and Surcharge etc. if any,
will be deducted al- source fron: the prize money as laid down in the Finance Act
(Central).


20. Legal jurisdiction of this Lottery will be at Thiruvananthapuram.
